Teachers Train Teachers as a multi accredited teachers training provider offers this course with the approval of the NCFE Cache.The Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning has been designed to provide learners with an understanding of the knowledge and skills needed when working directly with children and young people in school or college environments. It covers a wide range of areas including children and young people’s development, supporting children and young people’s positive behaviour and communication and professional relationships.
It’s aimed at learners working in roles that support pupils’ learning in primary, secondary or special schools, as well as colleges.

Teaching & Learning:
How will I learn?
We offer a blended training that will typically consist of active learning in a classroom environment as well as remote learning with online webinars. You will also have access to guest speakers who will share their expertise around safeguarding, using technology in the classroom and managing classroom behavior. You will also learn on the job through your teaching practice and reflecting on your practice.
How will I be assessed?
This is an assignment based course so there are no exams. You will be continually assessed throughout the 11 units required to compete the qualification, both by your assessor and your college tutor. You will create a portfolio of evidence using a range of the following methods: Written evidence, case studies, a reflective journal, being observed in placement.
